The Unirondack 1 week camp scholarship (item #58) will go to one of our
fine R.E. children (chosen each year by RE director, Ronna Schindler).
 - The way we usually work the bidding on this is: if you'd like to
contribute towards the scholarship either e-mail timhart@a-znet.com or bid a contribution at the auction (most people contribute $10-20, but any donation will be
acknowledged at the auction without mention of the $ amount).  The Harts will start out the bidding with $20.

Chris Squires Offers the following items (60-62):

60) One double-rack of milk-and-meadow-fed baby lamb, weighing 2-4 lbs (this is the loin and rib-roast part -- very tender and precious). This cut is usually about $17 per pound in better markets, if you can even find it. Delivered locally in September.

61) One leg of milk-and-meadow fed baby lamb, weighing 4-6 lbs. Price on this varies, but you will not find a fresher, more tender leg of lamb -- probably worth $10 per pound. Delivered locally in August or September.

62) A trio of free-range, garden-raised chickens weighing 5-7 lbs each (can be whole or cut up, fresh or pre-frozen) for a total of 15-21 lbs. Very flavorful, wholesome and tasty roasting chickens! Probably goes for $2.50 or more per pound in the market IF you can even find it. Delivered locally in May or June.
